The EmpowerED program addresses various challenges in education by focusing on five key pillars.

2) Safe and Joyful Learning Environment
3) Physical and Mental Well-Being
4) Contextualized Mentoring & Coaching
5) Long-term Career Parenting
Through this comprehensive approach, the program ensures that each student reaches their fullest potential, leveraging local and global opportunities to become economically productive and develop problem-solving skills that contribute to societal progress.
EmpowerED comprises four distinct program units, each tailored to specific student learning phases.
- Foundation Phase (5-10 Age)
- Pre-Secondary Phase (11-14 Age)
- Secondary and Senior Secondary Phase (15-18 Age)
- School to Career Phase (19-25)
The foundation phase of the program focuses on local school interventions. This phase is designed to provide regular, full-time learning support to students, with a special focus on strengthening foundational literacy and numeracy skills. In addition to academic development, the program is deeply committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and joyful classroom environment, fostering a culture where students feel supported, engaged, and motivated to learn. This holistic approach ensures that the early stages of education lay a solid foundation for students' long-term success and well-being.
In the pre-secondary phase of the program, we involve students from grades 6 to 8 in our Leadership and Learning Innovation Centers located within the community.
These centres offer dynamic spaces for hands-on, activity-based, and experiential learning, allowing students to actively participate in learning by doing. This approach helps them acquire critical skills through practical experiences, making education more accessible and enjoyable for all.
Each cluster has dedicated centers to ensure that registered students receive consistent, high-quality educational support tailored to their needs.
During the secondary and senior secondary phases of the program, we support students in grades 9 to 12 through virtual interventions. This phase includes regular classroom facilitation and access to college and career counseling to aid students during their critical learning and developmental stages as they transition into young adulthood.
We promote a student-centric learning environment where students participate in joyful learning and apply their knowledge in real-world settings. Our focus is on purposeful learning, skill acquisition, and career clarity, helping students prepare for various careers. In addition, this phase involves specialized preparation for competitive exams such as NEET and JEE, which plays a crucial role in students' academic and professional growth.
The college-to-career phase of the program provides comprehensive support to students and alumni as they transition from senior secondary education to higher education and professional life.
This phase offers personalized college and career counselling to help students secure admissions to top colleges, scholarships, and hostel accommodations. We also prioritize their well-being, guiding them through the challenges of adapting to new environments.
Throughout higher education, students receive ongoing support, including preparation for fellowships across India and globally, employment readiness, and access to incubation ecosystems for social innovation and startups. This phase is distinguished by one-on-one mentoring, personalized guidance, and continuous support from a dedicated team, ensuring students are equipped for success in both their academic and professional journeys.
